It was in a marvellous and absolutely perfect location close to a subway station. It was close to Wirtschaft am Markt, where you can have dinner.

Hip new hotel in a very quiet area of Vienna. Recently renovated and well-appointed room with take to much hours to regulate the temperatura, new furniture, as for instance for a very nice stay on business trip. Competent staff; easy check in. Fabulous food for above average breakfast for vegans. Remote location and 10 minutes' walk to the subway.

I truly enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere of Hotel Orangerie. The decoration throughout the hotel was elegant and tasteful, creating a cozy environment that made me feel right at home. The hotel's general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior woman. Additionally, the hotel's central location near public transportation was incredibly convenient, allowing me to explore Vienna with ease.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be the availability of more support staff. Although the reception staff was polite and helpful, I noticed that during busy times, it could be challenging for them to attend to everyone's needs promptly.

Great staff, convenient location near U-Bahn, shopping district nearby, helpful in times of need, clean with nice bathroom, ice dispenser on every floor.

For breakfast you need a breakfast card from the reception. Reception forgot to give us some. Tomorrow we had a lot of unnecessary trouble.

It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room - with a comfortable day berth, water boiler, refrigerator, . Air conditioning was quiet and strong - which was very important outside at +38°C. It's close to the subway, so you can quickly get to the city centre.

Located between three metro stations, the hotel is conveniently situated right next to the Niederhofstrasse metro station. This allows guests to easily explore the city as it is close to everything in just a few minutes. The U-Bahn station is also within close proximity, providing quick and efficient transportation options. The rooms are clean, and the staff is kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some guests experienced issues with the cleanliness of the rooms upon arrival, including not having the sheets changed and finding hair on the pillows.

Nice stay, we were there for 3 days. By and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in Vienna, had much fun. Everything was great, and the breakfast was free and above average for vegans. The service provided there was EXCELLENT. The location was marvellous and perfect with a subway station close to the accommodation.

The location was great, close to public transport and attractions. The hotel had a 24-hour reception and a bar. Free wifi and fitness center were also available. Safety features included a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector.

The floors were so clean, I felt like I was walking on air.
